Ocean View Cafe was truly delightful! We loved stopping in and the food was wonderful. Would highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area!

I couldn't wait to finally step into this gem! I'm so glad we finally did; unfortunately, it was a quick stop since we already had breakfast, so we opted for their delicious fresh pastries with some tea. My daughter indulged in her warm butter croissant as we dug into our sweet bear claws. The ambiance is such a cozy, cool beach vibe and service is very sweet. We were warmly greeted by the owner who introduced herself and gave us a little bit of the history, (we loved that)! This place is everything you'd expect from a coastal Café. I'm definitely going back on an empty stomach to get some of their delicious menu items!

We found this cozy relaxing place after giving up on the long lineup and crowd at another restaurant in Half Moon bay. Luckily there was a big table and nice staff to accommodate our mother's wheelchair. Food was tasty although a bit pricey and worth a second visit. The youngest got lucky with a coloring page a crayons plus a free muffin to take home! Note: wheelchair accessible.

I am so glad I made the trip to Ocean View Cafe! The time spent was just amazing! I only had a chance to try the pastries and coffee. Both were really good. Next time I visit I will have to try the gumbo I see all the rave reviews! The owner is just amazing! She made me and my coworker feel like family! We enjoyed ourselves so much we purchased almost all of the pastries and paid it forward by purchasing someone's meal. We will be back!

Ordered a crab sandwich. It was delicious, especially the home made chips. They seem to be cooked in truffle oil with slight black pepper. I could have eaten a full serving of that. Great neighborhood Cafe with sweet owners. I highly recommend them.

The owners of this adorable cafe are the sweetest people with an abundance of hospitality that is rare in today’s world! The people are kind, the food is great & it is very close to the beach. I was so grateful they were nice enough to get some water for my dog right before closing and I appreciate their great help and conversation!

We stopped here to enjoy brunch. I had the California Breakfast and the wife enjoyed the Shrimp & Grits. Both the food and the service was on point. We now have a new place to visit on our coastal trips.

My wife and I ate there yesterday, as I had heard from friends about this place. It was really, really good...French toast, breakfast burrito, bowl of beans/rice/vegetables (I forgot what they called it). Really wondeful food that was both healthy and delicious. Lovely, friendly atmosphere, and Chaunda is just an amazing cook. It is a really fun and unique place:). Don't be in a rush, go for the food and the experience. Feels like you are on a really nice vacation when eating there.
